As part of the Electronic and Software Systems department of the company, you will be part of the TM/TC (Telemetry and telecommand) team which develops the subsystems responsible for the communication with the launcher.

Responsibilities

Tasks and missions

This internship focuses on designing, producing, and characterizing a Test-Hat antenna qualification system to support the integration phase of the launch vehicle.

Key missions include:

  • Define and specify qualification requirements in collaboration with the TM/TC team
  • Draft detailed test procedures for system validation
  • Design mechanical and RF components using RF principles and CAD tools
  • Prototype and test the system, ensuring performance aligns with project specifications
  • Identify and qualify suitable equipment for the antenna system

During this internship, you will gain experience in:

  • Specifying qualification methods for aerospace systems
  • Developing and drafting technical test procedures
  • Designing mechanical and RF equipment, using RF theory and CAD software
  • Hands-on prototyping and testing processes for aerospace applications
  • Equipment identification and qualification in an engineering context

Preferred experience and skills

  • Education: Pursuing a Master’s degree in Aerospace, Telecommunications, or Radiofrequency Engineering
  • Technical skills: Knowledge of radiofrequency, telecommunications/electronics, and CAD design
  • Soft skills: Team-oriented, proactive, and curious
