The Fluid & Propulsion Systems Department is responsible for the development of the launcher’s main engines, auxiliary propulsion, onboard fluid systems, as well as ground and test facilities fluid systems.
Within this department, the Fluid Systems team specifically focuses on:
- Designing fluid systems based on functional needs, system architecture, and fluid selection for all company fluid systems (launcher, ground, and test facilities).
- Choosing the appropriate components to meet the functional requirements.
- Modeling system behavior to validate design choices.
- Defining operation procedures for the fluid systems.
- Ensuring safety and reliability across all designed systems.
- Analyzing test results to verify system behavior and performance.
- Optimizing existing systems to improve reliability and efficiency.
As a Group Lead – Fluid System Engineer, you will play a dual role, combining technical expertise and managerial leadership. While actively contributing to the design and development of the launcher’s fluid systems, you will also be responsible for leading and structuring a team of 8 full-time engineers, ensuring efficient project execution, resource management, and talent development.
